Holistic Story
BUREN
The 'Buren' collection was designed in India, where I live. It is inspired by the columns of the Palais Royal in Paris, their iconic geometry and their black and white palette. I love this area and this Parisian spirit that also evokes Coco Chanel. With visitors making wishes by throwing coins on the central column, it is also a place of hope.
The collection plays with empty space and matter, which follow one another on the links of the chain and the body of the ring. The free, empty parts represent the yin, considered the sacred feminine, gentleness, generosity, calm. The full space, in metal, embodies the yang, masculine and solar part, in movement.
