You have a fourteen (14) day withdrawal period from the delivery of your order to return the product to Dorothée Sausset, for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs, which will be at your expense. The risks associated with the return are borne by the Buyer. The fourteen (14) day period starts from the day you received the ordered item.

Returns must be made in the original packaging, and the product must be in the same condition as received. Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete (accessories, pouches, booklets, etc.) accompanied by a note of explanation recalling your contact details and your wish to receive a refund or a credit note valid on the Dorothée Sausset website.

Dorothée Sausset will, within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt and verification of the returned product, refund the payment received corresponding to the product subject to the withdrawal. The refund will be made according to your choice, either as a credit note valid for six (6) months from its issue date on the www.dorotheesausset.com website or as a refund credited directly to your bank account.

All special orders for products not available on the Site and therefore requiring a specific request from the creators will not be refunded.
