Naga is a collection born from a fascination with the raw art of Nagaland, expressed in both its jewelry and its furniture.
There, shells were worn as ornaments of strength, protection and belonging.
I wanted to preserve this raw, almost primal energy, while translating it into a contemporary language.
The cowrie shells naturally brought me back to Cuba, an island that has deeply shaped my spirituality.
In Cuba, they are used to read the future and to engage with the invisible.
Naga is a living memory, resting on the body.
