Refund policy

You have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the delivery of your order to return the product to Dorothée Sausset for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs, which will be at your expense. The risks associated with the return are borne by the Buyer. The fourteen (14) day period begins on the day you receive the ordered item.

Returns must be made in the original packaging, and the product must match the one received. Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete (accessories, pouches, booklets, etc.), accompanied by a note explaining the return, including your contact details and whether you would like a refund or a store credit valid on the Dorothée Sausset website.

Within fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt and verification of the returned product, Dorothée Sausset will reimburse the payment received for the product subject to the withdrawal. According to your preference, the reimbursement will be made either as a store credit valid for six (6) months from its date of issue on the website www.dorotheesausset.com or as a refund credited directly to your bank account.

Any special orders for products not available on the Website and therefore requiring a specific request from the designers will not be refunded.
