🥣 Cucumber and tomato raita

A touch of freshness, an invitation to travel

Ingredients (for 4 people)
– 1 very ripe tomato
– 1 cucumber
– A few fresh mint leaves
– 200 g of natural yogurt (preferably whole and creamy)
– A pinch of ground cumin
– Salt, pepper


🌿 Preparation

  1. Cut the tomato and cucumber into small, fine cubes.

  2. Gently chop the fresh mint.

  3. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, vegetables and mint.

  4. Add a pinch of cumin, salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Best enjoyed chilled , accompanied by warm naans or pita chips for an elegant, colorful and smooth aperitif.
