The birth of a dream

When jewelry becomes a link between body and soul

I have been designing jewelry for a long time.
I learned alongside major fashion houses, explored the mass market, and accompanied designers... But very quickly, the frenetic pace of fashion seemed meaningless to me. Too fast. Too smooth. Too far from what I was trying to convey.

A new breath of fresh air from elsewhere

Twenty years ago, I went to live in India.

This country not only gave me a new horizon, it gave me another way of seeing the world .
A new intensity. A different relationship with time.
There, I learned to slow down, to look differently. To open myself to a more interior, more symbolic form of beauty.

From practice to gesture

It was also in India that I discovered Kundalini Yoga .
This practice reconnected me to my body, to my breath, to a form of essential presence.
By becoming a teacher, I understood that jewelry could be much more than an accessory .

It could become an anchor , a support of intention , a symbol to wear on the skin, between the visible and the invisible.
This is how the Dorothée Sausset – Holistic Story house was born.

The first jewel

My very first piece of jewelry was the Thali , or Mangalsutra .
A traditional Indian necklace, bearing a sacred bond, often given on the occasion of a union.
For me, it embodies something even greater: a link between the intimate and the universal.
A jewel that we don't wear to show off, but to remember, to connect, to refocus .

A house to tell, connect, cross

Since that first piece of jewelry, I have never stopped creating.

Each piece in the Holistic Story collection is designed as a silent story, a discreet presence that accompanies you.
An ornament, yes. But above all: a message , an energy , a memory .

Thank you for being part of this adventure.
Thank you for giving these jewels their true purpose:
connect you to what matters.
