Recipe of the Morning Power Ball
Here is an ayurvedic recipe. This recipe is specifically for women over 40 that start to feel a hormonal change, mood swings, hot flashes, dizziness or painful periods.
Ingredients :
21 almonds
21 balls of black pepper
21 Corinthian raisins
Let the almonds soak overnight in a bowl. In another bowl, let the pepper and raisins soak together. In the morning, peel the almonds and throw away their water. Mix the raisins, almonds and pepper with the water from the raisins/ pepper. Put in a mixer to obtain a sort of paste and store in the refrigerator. It is advised to take 1,5 coffee spoon of this delicious paste every morning. This power ball gives energy and naturally regulates the hormonal state.
