Delivery and return

You have fourteen (14) days from delivery of your order to return the product to Dorothée Sausset, for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of the return shipping costs, which will be at your expense. The risks associated with the return are borne by the Buyer. The fourteen (14) day period begins on the day you receive the item ordered.

Returns must be made in the original packaging and the product must conform to that received. Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete (accessories, pouches, booklets, etc.) and accompanied by an explanatory note stating your contact details and your wish to receive a refund or a credit note valid on the Dorothée Sausset website. You must enclose a copy of the invoice or any other element identifying the order and its owner with your withdrawal request.

For all returns, you must inform Customer Services by e-mail at [email protected], who will provide you with the address to which to return the item.

Dorothée Sausset will reimburse the payment received corresponding to the product, the object of the retraction, within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt and verification of the returned product. Refunds will be made in the form of a credit note valid for six (6) months from the date of issue on the www.dorotheesausset.com website, or a refund credited directly to your bank account.

Special orders for products that are not available on the Site and therefore require a specific request to the designers will not be reimbursed.
